Just as our tea is hand-picked from our own tea gardens, it is also packed in our own state-of-the-art packing facility.

Our internationally acclaimed factory which occupies more than 50,000 square feet, comprises of a highly skilled and dedicated team of professionals and is completely equipped with modern machinery, including the latest tea bagging machines.

The factory is HACCP certified and is progressing towards meeting ISO 22000 standards. While believing in continuous quality improvement to achieve Total Quality Management, we ensure that from the time of receiving the raw materials, a carefully monitored process is followed for the end product to meet international standards.

The plant is equipped with a blending machine which eliminates metal particles, dust, stones and other forms of impurities in the process of blending. The blending capacity is 35 to 40 tonnes and could be increased up to 80 to 90 tonnes per day. The tea bagging and overwrapping machines are capable of handling approximately 75,000 to 100,000 kgs. per month. The warehouse is equipped with a modern racking system to maximize storage efficiency. All our cargo is containerized in our factory and transported to the port in our own fleet of prime movers.
